During my time as a Marketing Operations Intern on the Integrated Marketing team at The Hartford, I led a Workfront reconciliation project aimed at improving internal reporting systems. To kick things off, I conducted interviews with key stakeholders across departments to assess their reporting needs, identify pain points, and understand how data was being used
